Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your homecare products promptly and securely. Once your order is placed, we will process and dispatch it within 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email).

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic items (unless faulty).

  • Items bought on sale or as part of a promotional bundle (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@longpoppy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Items must be returned at your own expense unless faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Long Poppy is not liable for lost or damaged returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days.

  • If the item was faulty or sent in error, your original shipping fee will also be refunded.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@longpoppy.co.uk and include photos if possible. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
