I am passionate about the beauty industry and have worked in it for over 35 years. I started working in health spas and salons in and around London at some of the most prestigious hotels and spas before working on cruise ships and getting to travel the world whilst working and gaining knowledge of some of the best skincare brands in the industry.
After returning home I then started working in retail and was involved in training, travelling around the country helping to build retail sales and client confidence with therapists.
I then worked in Further Education Colleges teaching, assessing and moderating a range of beauty therapy and holistic courses from entry level to level 4 qualifications. I liaised with local schools and lead the delivery of the beauty therapy programmes both here and in the college I was working at.
I always maintained a passion for the industry both the education and training of others but also offering exceptional client care and treatments for the wellbeing of others.
This then led me to return full circle to opening my business, LongPoppy and now being able to offer my own accredited training courses.
I have been a registered nurse for 15 years working at Papworth hospital where I also gained my clinical assessment skills for health professionals. For the past 5 years I have worked as a disability assessor and stepped foot into the beauty industry in 2019 qualifying and doing 3d lipo. I am excited to work at LongPoppy I enjoy the natural approach to beauty and the anatomy and physiology of the treatments I provide and can't wait to share my knowledge and skills. I have full qualifications in 3D lipo and Smart Diode Laser Hair Removal and feel I passionately about making people feel good mentally and physically which is why I started CNLasers.
